How do I find out why I registered but wasn't given access!
This may have happened for a number of reasons:
- maybe you did not follow the guidelines regarding your user name or
- you may not have entered all the necessary information or
- you may have made an error with your email address and so didn't receive the necessary email from us.
If you have checked for these possibilities and are sure that none of them is the problem with your attempt to register, please write us at siteadmin@taalib.com, explain the situation, and we will try to fix your registration as soon as possible inshAllaah.
Additionally, it important to note that sometimes due to the Spam protection and filter setting of your email provider, you may write to us and we receive it but you do not receive our response that we send back. If after a few days you haven't received any response from an attempt to contact us please write us at our backup email:
-as it seems your cannot receive our email for some reason.
